By downloading, accessing, or using the Kidmox application ("App") or website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kidmox is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to create personalized fairy tales and stories for children. The service includes story generation, illustration creation, audio narration, and related features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Kidmox offers both free and premium subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Stories generated by Kidmox are created using AI technology and are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• The Kidmox name, logo, mascot, and all related trademarks are the property of Kidmox.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the App without our written consent.
• AI-generated stories are unique to each user and may not be resold or republished.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the App to generate inappropriate or harmful content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidmox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
